I feel like the buffs are more important just to deny the enemy getting them. Like a pocket getting casting buff can be HUGE, the angry Smurf getting speed or hp or a wraith getting gun can start a big swing

As a gray talon main, his latest changes have definitely made him weaker and not stronger. While he does have more basic attack power, the significant movespeed loss means he can't disengage from fights as safely as they used to (which was important to their survivability) and they can't play with their team as well aside from their ultimate because they can't just run over towards fights

Also by replacing the fire rate spirit scaling with damage it makes playing the char more punishing overall if your aim isn't on point.

I mean before you only had to invest in huge damage spirit items and it powered up EVERYTHING you need on the character. Now you actually have to build into the stats you want to improve. Even though the top 1% players say he was not good at high elo, he was incredibly strong in low to mid elo with a 600-1200 damage arrow on a 3 second cooldown.

Hey not sure if you noticed the meter on the left side of your screen. It fills up while infernus shoots you showing you how close you are you burning. You might already know this but based on what you said in the beginning I thought I'd drop this.

I think losing the movespeed is why it is a nerf, his spirit build doesn't auto much so the atk speed and the damage buff don't matter for him much, but his lack of mobility reaaaaally hurts him now that he cant run away fast. He also has nearly NO lockdown he can use in a normal fight so people can just run off from him, even with his ultimate I think people are often able to juke and hide from it and get out

grey talon is consistently the hardest character for me to fight again. Unlike Vindicta, using knockdown on him doesnt help much when he just does so much damage anyways and doesnt even need to fly.

@1:51 his damage scales with spirit now instead of his attack speed as well as movement speed. So the DPS is a wash, hes just slower now and any item that relies on landing lots of hits is useless.

My guess would be that he just wants to have fun. And he's not really looking at being like a super pro player right now. I don't know if he wants to go pro or anything in this game at all but you know he just wants to have fun and it's hard to have fun when you're having to concentrate and it's hard to make KZbin videos when you're having to focus on the game and not talk as much

As someone coming in knowing not shit about this game or genre, it feels like 50% of this video is gibberish. “I gotta farm lane for my buff timer. Superior stamina. There’s a buff spawn mid boss. I’ve got 60% inherent weapon damage. Superior stamina. Time to lane swap for Geist and rotate on Lunch. This character has a great one but their one is meh. Superior stamina. My farm is ahead. Back out. Urn on yellow but I should prioritize objectives. Push blue for T3’s. Superior stamina. Mystic shot auto flick. Where’s Perry? My three doesn’t do things. Scuffed. Rotate camps.
