I tried to do something for the intro where I take the booster thingy (idk wtf its called) in sync with the blur change but if I scuff it by even fractions of a second it doesn't work that well so I might have to keep cooking. I TRIED.

Smite deals 500 true damage until it is leveled up then it deals 1000 damage. You level it up by killing 40 jungle minions(blue and red buff count as 3), and you can tell it is leveled because the icon changes to a fatter blade. In this game you level it after 2 camp at 11:15. Loving the content mast!

26:29 35 ability haste would equal roughly 26% CDR See below for math: CDR % = 100*(1-(1/(1+(0.1*ability haste)))) So in the case of 35 AH, you would have 100*(1-(1/(1+(0.1*35)))) Solving gives us: 100*(1-(1/1.35))=100*(1-(.741) = 100*.259 = 25.9% roughly Some good breakpoints for ability haste and armor to remember are: 11 = 10% 25 = 20% 50 = 33% 67 = 40% 100 = 50% 200 = 66% Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day. For any other math/optimization questions, feel free to ask! Edit pt 2: It's worth noting that while damage reduction scales at a rate of diminishing returns, effective health calculations scale linearly every 100 armor. So at 100 armor you have 200% effective health, 200 has 300%, 300 armor has 400% effective health, etc. This means you need to balance health and armor buys against each other (especially since armor is split into 2 categories, while health applies to both damage types)

is the math for AH and armor the same? so if you have 100 AH and armor are you getting 50% CD reduction and a 50% decrease in damage?

The UI interface for long range IS there, it's just a bit subtle and uses audio as well as visual. Visually: there is a blue shown on the ground and that is your max range. Your cursor indicator turns red when someone in range. Audio-wise, your shots that land on something provide a feedback sound that is louder and "meatier" than if you miss. When I first played Murdoch I thought it was an audio glitch, but now I'm used to it it feels quite intuitive. Edit: this is just for ranged heroes and may differ depending on settings

I play this pick a lot. I’d recommend getting the shield ability before the teleport and auto cancel with it for clearing camps. It helps you sustain a little better and to me helps clear a little faster. Just my thoughts.

Nah the teleport does damage with it and helps you dash for some distance so you get much higher clear

Big tip: If you're going to start your Red, wait at your Blue buff till 1:00 drop a ward and then back and head to your Red. You'll have like 4-5 seconds left till Red Buff spawns. You can do the same if you plan to start Blue. This way you don't get invaded that way and if they are there your Duo/Solo can rotate.

Cheeky little tactic i like to use is head to solo lane right after grabbing red buff and gank their solo. Works nearly every time and often gets me first blood. Really only works when you’re Dawn side though.

Nice, more Feng! A little tip. You should kite the jungle minions so you dont take as much damage with character who dont have any means of healing.

Love the video! When you were tanking Orb Prime (OP) you kept stepping into its embers. Avoid those as the do a good bit of damage. Welcome to the community!

Just a suggestion if I could.. would you be able to add the build to the more info portion? I'm too lazy/don't care enough to learn the items and builds, but other creators have been posting their full build path on items, which has a great help. Great vids and glad some old smite creators are branching out a bit. Keep up the great work!

Idk if it’s something you’d ever do, but I’d love to have a shorter video (or maybe included in a gameplay video) covering your overall thoughts, ideas, annoyances etc. maybe at a later date when you feel more confident in the gameplay overall, but it would be nice to hear some in depth thoughts from you on the game. Love the content as always, keep it up man!

When Orb Prime does the big ground pound he leaves a burning sludge on the ground. You're not really gonna tank it as Feng, but def dont stand in the fire like that lol. Lost like a third of your hp for it. Also, haven't finished the vid yet so maybe you build this, but a fun item on Feng is Painweaver. I used to build it 2nd but Omen is too good, so now if I don't need anything specific I build it 4th. You basically get a stacking speed buff off using an ability, and with such low cooldowns and mana cost you can basically just run around the map spamming your Q and E for free and you absolutely fly around the map. It's sick. Edit: ALSO. Tanking objectives just requires you to stand in the inner circle. Basically whoever is closest to Prime or Fang tanks it. And you picked up Painweaver so disregard lol

A tip for doing orb prime. Never ever stand in the lava you take ao much burn dmg. Its when orb prime hits the ground. You can play around it.

Ive played a handful of feng mao jungle and what I noticed is that you can reset your attack when casting q Basically hit cast q hit again xd if you do it fast enough it looks like you attacked twice

If it helps, you can see your teamate's ultimate (blue) and blink (orange) on the top left as those little dots so you know if they have them available or not

His best combo is RMB, auto, E, auto. Even though you auto first before E, it happens fast enough that omen still procs and resets your RMB and E cool downs.

I got tips from some guides before playing the game to use the hunt items as much as possible, especially at the start, to minimize farm time. Do you have a take on instead saving it, or would you think doing this would help out more?

My first couple of games as jungle I invaded blue buff after red and the 2 xp camps because I just went straight and didn't realize that was the enemies blue. Of course ik now.

Omen works pretty well for a semi-cheese Revenant build too, but it's not really optimal since he's ADC and does rely on you hitting consistently still more fun than cookie-cutter adc builds

Argus kit overloaded, I don't know how effective it is, but people kite jungle camps to take less damage early on.

I've trying some theory crafting, and you should try bruiser Khaimera in the Offlane. Build Titan Crest (I like Warboots for movement), build Overlord, Fire Blossom, Echelon Cloak, Boneseeker, then flex last item. The combination of Overlord and Fire Blossom while stacking health to maximize the Fire Blossom and Overlord. Pause in the anywhere for 2.5 seconds and you're Da Ji with an attack speed stim, and a heal. Then you have the ult for setup in a team fight. It's very W key.

Khaimera passive doesn't stack in lane but it would probably work as a jungle build

used to work well back in Paragon, but the self-heal doesn't stack off lane minions so you need a REALLY favorable matchup against both solo and jungler (like a 1 cc max solo laner so you can "reliably" E him for cc immunity and a low mobility jungler) if the jungler camps you yes, they may be trolling on a macro level, but it'll be miserable for 30 minutes rip source: someone who tried it on and off for months and saw really good players get meh results from it often gank follow-up potential is good tho, so if your own jungler does the cringe you're set

He is insane and he's not even hard to play you are just playing against bad players Argus is 100% an S tier character his ults insane and he has really good CC and some of the best damage in the game

Mast when you play feng mao start at your blue buff next time and ward red before you do it so you know if you are getting invaded feng mao wants blue buff 100% more than red at start just a tip

9:59 You can flash out of Zarus Ult. As well as i believe Feng is good in Jungle if you know how to play him, but his best role is Offlane. You are correct in that leveling his dash 2nd is better than the shield. For Orb Prime don't stand in the ground rupture it creates, and both Fang and Orb focus closest target.
