What stands out to me, is not the quality of his Rogue equipment, but his statement at the end. “I made a Champion out of a 140 sq ft. in my basement.” This is referring to his work he put into his training before being successful. This gym is a result of all his HWPO for about 15 years prior. You can do anything in no matter what circumstance to be successful in life. Sometimes you have start at nothing and Work Hard to achieve it. People today are not willing to do that unfortunately. Are you capable of achieving success thru Hard Work in Life or CrossFit?

@@FeWH there’s always 1 that has to assume that they’re not clean. People that never cleaned up their nutrition, rest, and train at the elite level will never understand the levels of fitness their bodies are able to achieve. I never trained at the elite level, but when I trained daily at my local box for a year I saw similar results without the need of PEDs, etc.

I was struggling to gain muscle for a very long time. I was working out hard but didn't get any gains. At one point I thought I was going to be slim for the rest of my life until I started eating properly. Good diet is a key. Obviously I had no clue what to eat and how much. I had to invest in meal plan from Next Level Diet. It wasn't expensive and helped me start gaining muscle mass and eat properly. Now I am thinking about getting personal fitness coach to help me learn how to plan and do exercises properly.

@airgordo43 жыл бұрын
@@jimcorbett1939 It's designed to fit anywhere not designed to be chest high. Meaning if he didn't have the d balls under those bumper plates the bumper plate shelf could be nearly on the floor and the dumbbell shelf substantially lower as well. It's just the way he has it configured.
