@@MatandChelsReact yes its definitely the Canadian subs. But sadly they don't use it as much towards the end of season 2. I don't know about the last yet or the movies. But it's all definitely worth watching!

@@MatandChelsReact Turn off Canadian subs. At best, they are unfunny. At worst, they spoil future jokes in DBZ Abridged. If someone really wants to read these awful subs, it should only be on a re-watch.

I understand that they made Mr. Popo so creepy here, because when I saw the original series back when I was a kid, he was totally creepy to me too, even though he's actually really nice. So Team Fourstar must be creeped out by him as well :p And by the way "Popo" is a cute way to say "Butt" in german :>

You should react to a fictional band called Sanity Falls. It's a fake band a single dude made for his videogame called Sally Face. I'd highly recommend the song "Ritual". I think it's got quite a unique sound.

I always prefer chi chi to blooma but yes she was pretty bad during early z until the end of namek...they made her a gag character and the anime ran with it for filler jokes and the dub made her so aggressive sounding making her way worse ...she provided something unique to the story being against all this nonsense cause otherwise she would not matter or be shown much...like she would have no other role...I enjoy her insertion cause we barley saw her before z anyways...we got plenty of blooma already before z..this series was a sausage fest without lunch so chi chi took that spot of the fiesty girl...otherwise people may start to think goku was gay and blooma being used to this stuff was one pov same for lunch but pre videl satan insertion into the narrative we needed the other naive side aka a female who didn't put up with her family involved in this weird stuff...

She's his mom ...would you let your 5 year old go?...I know he's part alien but still...so you hating on her is irrelevant..shes not some random you can replace or ignore....he wouldn't turn out the way he is without her pure heart or human cells which made him a hybrid saiyan thus stronger than an average one ...he wouldn't exist without her and her ending up with goku which was fate but luck based really ..she has to be there and provide that pov cause she was not around for this entire adventure...remember all she was involved with was being chased by a dinosaur getting knocked out by yamcha riding a cloud after being found by a boy with a tail going to roshi Island and getting roshi to come help plus seeing the kamehameha...that's all she saw before the 23rd budokai which traumatized her cause of course it did and then the saiyan stuff which kept her son and husband away from her for a year and also seeing them hurt again..she never saw pikkoro die for her son so she didn't know how much it meant to him to go to namek and the feeling that they will need him there to survive and accomplish their goal...I see her pov but in db it's kinda counter progressive to be against fighting..especially in early to mid dbz..all they do is solve issues with fighting like how they want to fight the cyborgs not kill gero
