Ingredients:
Basmati Rice
Shallow fried Paneer
3 tbsp Oil
4 cloves
4 Black pepper
1 Star Anise
Cinnamon
1 Tamal Patra
2 Onion sliced
2 Green chilly sliced
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Soaked Basmati Rice
1 cup Green peas
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Pulao masala
Coriander leaves
2 cup hot water
Salt as per taste

Pro tip: Keep a bowl ready with warm water, water shouldn't be hot...it should be warm. After frying paneer, you need to immediately transfer it in this bowl. This will help paneer to stay very soft throughout.
