I bought a crash damaged 2019 Aston martin vantage 3 months ago and started to rebuild it. Ive since modified it & have been given the all clear from Aston Martin themselves. But now im about to put my repairs and the car to a true test. Over 2500 mile road trip around Europe. But will the Aston hold up?

Very disgusting!!! He should have made a better effort to find out what happened in this place and that it was not just about "how the Germans invaded that village" but about a revenge campaign where ALL the civilians, including children and the elderly, were killed in revenge for the activities of the French resistance movement. Totally ignorant of Mat and his team that he used the said event for his own profit! Very very stupid and insensitive!!!

I watched the first of this series on the Vantage after stumbling across it randomly and was so engrossed had to watch the entire thing in 1 sitting. Each episode was filled with 'well now I gotta know what happens next!' suspense but what I was NOT AT ALL prepared for was this particular episode. A professional documentary film team with millions in budget could not better convey the raw emotion expressed in this 28 min clip...I was nearly moved to tears. I doubt Mat has time to review all these comments as time goes by but in reading more about him and confirmed after watching this series, the one simple quality that makes the emotional punch of this episode possible is his humility. He's just a hard-working, GOOD person (with holes in his ears!). Well done sir, well done.

thanks for bringing back some really good memories. I lived in Italy for 3 years and we traveled all over Europe. I've been to every location you filmed in this video and no.... most small towns in Italy are not car friendly with their tiny roads. I'm an American and the best I could do when I lived there was the 1996 Mitsubishi Galant that shipped over with me but that little car would scream down the autostrada, cruising at 140mph. we made the crossing from San Marino on the Adriatic side to Pisa in 3 hours. Stelvio Pass was one of my go-to places to ride my bike. The views and the history in Italy were stunning to witness. as I said... thanks for the trip down memory lane. great video

What another awesome job and good on Aston Martin for helping you. Although I think they need to look at their pricing and stop trying to selling complete parts like the steering rack instead of a outer tie rod end. Initially I wasn't sure about the colour choice and mods given the classy nature of the car, but the end result was pretty sweet. I loved the road trip.
