I like the counters in the paint and the ease of his shot. He's a scoring threat and has good IQ. Scottie Barnes, Gradey Dick, RJ, Quickley and Jak would be a nice unit. I'd like to see Toronto get the Canadian flavor with Zach Edey as a back up big and constant lob threat.

Lamelo, Miller, Bridges, Buzelis, Williams with a bench of Micic, Mann, Martin, Williams and Richards is a playoff caliber team. Not to mention Curry as a sharpshooter and depth in case of injury. The Hornets really need a lockdown perimeter defender but if they add someone like Buzelis to the current core and the team can stay healthy this team would have a very bright future and I could see them on an OKC trajectory as early as next year.

Watching Buzelis daily game log I've noticed he's getting a ton of Blks lately(2.7blks for last 8 games). Has he turned into Dikembe Mutumbo? Finally got the highlights here. No finger wagging but his on ball D' is better than I thought. If he went 2nd overall are 14th over. I don't see much separating Buselis & Risacher. I see Matas just challenged Risacher to a 1 on 1 game at NBA Draft workouts. It will never happen but I like his moxie.

One of the higher floor players I think he is worth a top 10 pick but top 3 or 4 I’m skeptical because I doubt the athleticism will pop consistently on an NBA court (Also lacks strength) and skill level could be very good but unlikely to become elite imo. However if he shows what teams want to see especially with defensive upside(likely to happen) at the combine his draft his range could be as high as like 3rd and no lower than 10th

Don't see why Raptor fans want him over Holland. Matas doesn't do any one thing really well. Holland can't shoot either but has shown to be a great defender and has the tools for it. Also an explosive athlete which is great at 6'8.

Not a top 10 prospect for me Hedo Turkolough at best. Has shown very little to suggest he can be a reliable on ball creator And his off ball play is questionable because his 3pt efficiency. Can be a good help defender but has struggled as a point of attack defender. Bigger on Holmes and Clingan since they have reliable NBA level skills. That being said he’s a decent swing player for teams like Portland, atlanta, and Okc who have shown promise developing players through out the years

⁠@@cameronbolden5064my point is that is his very best out come. There’s no facet in Matas’s game that is above average right now. I just feel people are holding on to his status pre ignite and not acknowledging the red flags. There are too many players around him with higher ceilings and better floors for him to go top 10 for me. The draft is also all speculation at the end of the day so no opinion is crazy.
