because the real thing are like this the rafale is indeed a lot better than almost any other plane actually the Game was not ready to give the Rafale C F3 a proper balance. they should had go with another variant which offer a bit lower performance. such as the Rafale M

@@uriellima9193 Rafale M is just the Navy variant, they also use the same upgrades as the C (and same for the B), like F1, F2, F3, F3R like ingame, F4 and more. Rafale M, C and B have all the same basic capability, the B is just a dual seat Rafale and the M got some modification for carrier landing and catapult takeoff, but they all can do the same things outside thoses big letter. What define what they can do/their upgrades is the "Fx" that come after the name, that are like the block for F-16s. And even if the M has a little more weight, especially thanks to the reinforced front gear, it's not going to change much in the game if it come also as a modern upgrade like the F3R.

The rafale is like, one of the most advanced 4.5gens in the world. In terms of EW capabilities its only real rival is the F-2. They both IRL have EW systems and the like only otherwise found on actual 5th gens. And in terms of manueverability the rafale's main rival would be like a su-30mki. The rafale is a stupidly advanced platform and deffinitly was rushed a bit into game.

The EF will probably still win the dogfight due to the advantage in terms of t2w but instead of buffing and nerfing flight models that pretty much only require fine tuning they should allocate their ressources towards fixing the Radar systems: the EF has a worse Radar than several cold war jets whilst the Rafale is still stuck with basically a mechanical Radar...

@@warthundershowcasing8905 It does because the Rafale engines and air intakes are designed for subsonic and low supersonic speeds. EJ 200 only reaches its full potential at high mach speeds. Static thrust is not a good indicator. The Mirage 2000 has a better power to weight ration than the JAS 39 Gripen and F16A but it accelerates slower below mach because the M53 is an engine design to give its full potential at high mach. IRL Rafale never lost to an Eurofighter in a dogfight at low alt because the engines of the rafale are design to give their best at low alt and moderate speeds

I don't understand, this may be the historical performance of the Rafale, but if this is allowed as the historical performance of the Rafale, the Typhoon is equal in maneuverability and has better thrust and high altitude performance than now, but it has not been buffed and has been nerfed in a way that is far from the historical facts, and the radar bug still has poor scanning speed and accuracy. It should be fixed before the Rafale. As for the radar, it locks onto nothing, and even if it captures and locks onto the enemy, it doesn't capture it properly and the missile seeker doesn't even start... On a different note, there has been no news of a buff to adjust the historical performance of the Challenger 2 for a year... What grudge do foreigners have against the UK... They are too unfair.

Also, max possible flight ceiling is 54,000 and 42,000 sustained in game for Eurofighter... IRL it's FC is 65,000 and sustained 55,000. Also, IRL Eurofighter Started with AIM-120C/4 and RAF EF Started with AIM-120C/5 and ASRAAMs. Also, Captor is not working correctly. Also, PIRATE is not working correctly.

So the Rafale is undisputedly the best plane in game. Literally better than the Eurofighter in any way. Short range, UFO Mica-EM, and it can carry 8 of them. Long range, the Eurofighter's Captor M is so useless good luck locking anything with TWS. The F-15E beats the eurofighter and rafale at long range, but the moment it gets close to either of them its just over

No, Rafale > EF2000 > F-15E/C Rafale = 4.5 gen but closer to a 5 gen , AESA radar (turns better than an F-22 for now), MICA missiles can engage at long range thanks to the Rafale's performance and has semi-stealth design. EF2000 = 4.5 gen, one of the most modern PD radars, capable of doing everything, should be semi-stealth like other 4.5 gens. F-15E = 4 gen, has a very very bad radar but excellent engines, weak in dogfighting capabilities as it was designed primarily for airstrikes.

That’s just a common issue I have in a lot of radars It can be easily fixed by just simply turning the radar off and then on again, then you will be in the normal mode again (like SRC PD, TWS, TWS HD, …) Same with the HMD sometimes, if you spam the lock button too often when trying to lock sth with HMD, it gets stuck in the HMD mode But then again, just turn off the radar and turn it on again

And yes, micas are much better than aim120s, much harder to notch at small distances and obviously thrust vectoring and 50g will make their work, just don't use them above 15km. About radar, no shit it won't see targets with that big height difference if you have fixed radar angle, no radar in the game can scan the whole zone from 120° to -60°, you need to change the angle or radar antenna in order to scan planes with big height difference
