Hey Bowly, you could have just said Hamilton Island, instead of this little island, and I'm sure Thomas loved that you showed his number too! 🤣🤣🤣🤣, but seriously, what a great little adventure, and would love to see more mate!👍👍

I’ve got a new boat too and would be paranoid about it floating away - would probably feel safer rolling the swag out on the floor of the boat. Really good video again with some nice fish and a rescue mission as well!! Great stuff!!
@bowlysfishing11 ай бұрын
Yeah I was a bit paranoid but much more confident now. Yes sleeping in the boat would make me feel more confident too. Hope you enjoyed matey ✌🏼

Migt have to put that transducer up if your any chance of it going dry. Accidentally snapped my mounting one night cause I forgot too. Sand angling up from the back is enough if your unlucky

You never get used to island boat camping,, im still up every half hour checking the boat!! 😂 id go a better anchor and more chain too, self aligning (bruce) anchors are good 👌
@bowlysfishing11 ай бұрын
Makes me paranoid that my whole life could just float away and not only will I be broke but I’d be stuck on an island with no help coming 😂
@saltyseadogs442211 ай бұрын
@@bowlysfishing It's still worth it tho :) just get a big F*^ off anchor and a heaps big chain :) For my last island camping episode I made up a mobile VHF radio station to stay on land, I reckon a sat phone would be the go!

Do we have to start calling you Cod God Todd? Haha. Definitely a few cod there. Cool to see you using oceans legacy gear. I got onto the slingshot and keeling for the tailor season. Cracking lures. Even got some Gt on them.

If your mate puts a tow tap on his jet ski that will cut the ingress of water going into the engine you can tow it as fast as you want then . Not hard to do it's just a ball valve on the intake pipe 🤙
