@@martinsmith3192 It was Martin, high bank and a tree above my head. I will return one day to cut out the bank a little more and lop off part of the tree on a working party :)

Why not 1 ball every 10 mins?

Hi Patrick, good question and I would try and answering it by making a comparison to a Sunday roast. You load up your plate and then focus on eating everything, you don't pile on some potatoes, eat them and then some carrots eat them etc. You are trying to put down a bed of food that will draw in the fish and keep them occupied while you pick them off.

@@thefishingstream But! I never feed all in one hit. I feed little but often to keep them in the swim. Different thoughts I know.

@@patrickwalker2509 bites are more positive when fish are competing and for that you need to attract a volume of fish. Drip feeding as I would call it doesn’t achieve that - watch the start of a world championship and see those balls go in. The other thing is when you are feeding you are not focused on catching and that time lost is valuable. Try it next time your out :)
