The guy on the right, as Harry Reynolds, is more well known by his stage name "Reynaldo Rey"! He was a co-host on BET's "ComicView", he was also in the "House Party" movies with rappers Kid & Play, as well as the movie "Friday" w/Ice Cube & Chris Tucker. He passed away this year (in May) as a result of a stroke in 2014. R.I.P. Reynaldo!!! He was funny!!! :(

During the Audience Match the contestant can say anything they want so why does it matter if a celeb gives a suggestion after the buzzer goes off? There have been so many times in the show where a celeb gave a "late" suggestion and then Gene does the same pointless song and dance where he confers with the judges to find out whether it can be "allowed." What is being allowed/not allowed? The contestant can give *any* answer. This episode is a great example. Charles gave his suggestion right after the buzzer and Gene asked the judge whether it would be allowed, then Brett realized she meant to say "savings bond" and Gene said it was too late and they can't allow it. The contestant gave "savings bond" as his answer anyway.

BELIEVE ME!!! Dorothy was the perfect contestant for that time era. So many of the contestants were just on there hoping to be discovered, As Kirstie Alley was. Just watch some of the other contestants, from some other episodes. The panel knew why they were on there, thats why they would look at the other panelists answers, not to match, to make the bitches lose and get them the hell out.

I feel like this show should make a come back, if they used a replica of the same set, a similarly boisterous host that looked like he came out of the 70s and people from their other shows and some underground comedians as the panel I could see this working well for adult swim. Though there would be the problem of adult swim wanting to TRY to make the show surreal rather than just letting it naturally be so.

Apparently ABC's bringing it back along with a new version of 100,00 pyramid. to be after celebrity family feud. a 3 hour game show block. the new match game would be at 10pm sundays. alec baldwin's hosting. i heard the canada version wasn't good so i hope this one will be. hopefully they're try to rotate celebrities like betty white from the old version as some of them are still around. starting june 26. so next month.
