Joyce Bulifant becomes the 29th MG celebrity to score a head-to-head match. This was her first attempt. The other 28 celebs are the three regulars of course, plus, in alphabetical order: Don Adams, Morey Amsterdam, Orson Bean, Charlie Brill, Gary Burghoff, Jack Carter, Bert Convy, Bill Daily, Ann Elder, Fannie Flagg, Stu Gilliam, Carolyn Jones, Jack Klugman, Michael Landon, June Lockhart, Allen Ludden, Jo Ann Pflug, Madlyn Rhue, Kaye Stevens, Trish Stewart, Loretta Switt, Richard Thomas, Bobby Van, Betty White, and Jo Anne Worley. *These stats include every head-to-head match from episode 1 through 378, excluding the lost/missing episodes: 31, 32, 33, 311, 312, 313, 324, 325. (As per MatchGameProductions, these episodes "are nowhere to be found and also aren't in the Goodson/Todman Library. Sadly, looks like they are lost forever!")

I am so impressed that Judy picked Joyce for the SuperMatch head to head. It just goes to show you there are contestants who go on their gut feeling when choosing, not simply following the crowds. I always enjoy Joyce’s personality and am pleased as punch that she earned the money

@@paperbackonly8438 That’s where I got my info… Wikipedia… kinda interesting. I wonder how much an original book is worth. I could imagine in the thousands (maybe tens or hundreds) since so many copies were probably burned due to being banned.

@kidmack355622 күн бұрын
That's funny that you say that. I was looking at "Jaws" several times last month and trying to figure out what hairstyle was popular at the time because I really couldn't remember what hairstyle most girls were wearing before Farrah. I actually think that I remember seeing the Dorothy Hamil and Toni Tenille haircuts more than the Fawcett feathered look in '75 But by the end of the summer in '76, YES! you are right. All three of those "Charlie's Angels" hair styles ruled in my junior high and high schools.
