RICHARD DAWSON was tired -- he was doing 5 shows of match game in one day , 5 shows of match game pm in one day and 5 shows of family feud ... along with other shows and life ( love boat and fantasy island at this time too )

Richard's suit is pretty neat during this episode as it blends in with the light blue background on the lower tier.

What moron in the audience was yelling wood? Not only was it a terrible answer, it was against the rules, and this is why. Poor guy, he looked so disappointed. I doubt "wood" was his first thought but he was nervous and the audience threw him off

it's kinda creepy, but four of the six panelists died of cancer: Brett Somers, Bonnie Franklin, Richard Dawson and Marcia Wallace (and her husband!)..and Bill Daily is the only still-living panelist....
@nowandaround3126 жыл бұрын
Danny Hill Cancer is the second leading cause of death. None of the panelists were obese, which drastically reduced their risk of death from heart disease, so cancer is expected. It's not creepy but it is sad

this was back in the day when people made racist, sexist, and what would be considered today, homophobic comments - and got a laugh.. there is an episode when Brett Somers answered ''fag'' to a Jekyll/Hyde question..i don't recall if CNR was sitting next to her at the time.. from this time, i can hear, now, a lot of commentary here, other television shows and movies that wouldn't go over today...
