I followed the recipe and successfully made the Swiss Roll. It is delicious. Be careful, when rolling in the end, please don’t press too hard, or the creamy filling between the dough would be too thin. It is better to have generous layer of creamy filling. Thank you for the recipe.

I made this cake yesterday, but I made a whipped cream with strawberries and matcha powder to dye it, and the cake was really good and turned out great! I didnt have the right size pan, but doubling the recipe worked perfectly. My family loved the cake I made :D Keep in mind that I'm only 12, and not an experienced Baker, so you dont need much practice to make this, just be suuuuuuper careful! :> ❤❤

I've tried out this recipe, doubled the recipe and it was perfect. Though I didn't trim out the browned parts. For the filling, I used Whipped cream with caramel.

When making the white chocolate cream, I'm having trouble getting the same consistency as in the video. I get something that's almost soft peak, but still a bit runny. If it matters, I'm using the lowest setting on my mixer/beater to avoid over mixing. Not sure if I'm missing a step here.

I think you need to beat it on the highest setting just like you would when you make whipped cream. And the mixture should be cold or at least room temperature but definitely not warm! Hope that helps :)

I made this last night and it tastes awesome! The cream wasnt enough and i think it melted into the cake overnight. It's my first time making a roll cake. Is there a method of rolling that you reccommend?

The cream will be enough if you chill the cake longer.

Hi I have a question. When I tried to make the filling cream, my white chocolate and heavy cream mixture quickly turned to be over whipped when I beat it with a hand mixer for less than a minute. Should I cool the mix down in ice water bath longer before beating it?
