Good ol' Tom Kennedy. Always one of my favorite MC's.

Tom is sampling the "Alex Trebek" look.

Tom said he'd rather be a participant than a host. Ironic he said that because a year and a half later, he became the host. I am glad he was on this show before he became host (even if it was only for a week), otherwise it would feel like we brought a complete stranger to the show.

That's hysterical having judo and karate in same alphabetics

Tom also played Super Password for a week in January 1987 against Nichelle Nichols. If anyone has any of those episodes (January 5-9, 1987), I'd be happy to see them.

The ONLY thing that bugs me about this game is the inconsistency with which the remainder of clues are not revealed, especially when the puzzle is solved in the first clue

Mrs. Van plays Password Plus, as well as she does, at "...Pyramid": which is to say, very, very well.

“Young man” was quite condescending. The whole “positions” conversation was cringey. What the hell is Tom wearing?

I love Allen Ludden on password plus, I record it on Saturday mornings, it says the host is Allen Ludden, but it's Tom Kennedy, WHY?

Tom replaced Allen after he died for the show's last year. They were best friends off camera and on.

I frequently watch Elaine Joyce on “Match Game” and she would be sitting right next to Richard Dawson.

What Episode # is this?
@PriceRight898 жыл бұрын
+eddieg749 This is from the sixth week (February 12-16, 1979 or #26-30). Allen Ludden mentioning Elaine Joyce and Tom Kennedy have played before and him saying "See you tomorrow" at the end of the show narrows it down to the middle week.

Elaines being a little annoying, not sure why! Ive watched her on many other game shows never felt this way about her before!
