As a Texans fan I was hoping either DeJean or Kool-Aid would fall to us at pick 42, and of course they went 40 and 41. So when Lassiter was drafted, I was a bit disappointed tbh, mostly due to my own ignorance, but I gotta say, the more I see of Lassiter, the more I'm liking him. I can't wait to watch him in this DeMeco Ryans defense. How do you think he fits in? Will he beat out former first rounders Okudah & Henderson for the CB2 spot opposite Stingley? Or will he beat out Desmond King for the starting nickle spot?

The goal is for him to beat out King at Ni, but Houston needs a bonafide #2 CB & Okudah has never panned out. The Texans have a situation where they can put him in the spot he 'wins' & still have a viable option in the other. It will be an interesting offseason at this position, for sure.

As a WR you got to be responsive with your hands. Can’t just let that man slice and hook you without retaliation. As soon he swipes you got to get that arm back around with a windmill tech extend that elbow to create space. But that was a bad ball too.

What’s your opinion on Nate Wiggins?

I like Wiggins. Really good on-ball CB. Will need to develop some nuance in his game. Can't rely solely on speed. I thing the secondary in Baltimore is built to allow him to play the boundary X while he gets comfortable in the scheme. Mostly pressed in college, but they are pretty diverse in Clemson. I think its a good pick.
