I think they did it fine the guys he was fighting were not even top 20 guys Alexis anguelo, Steve rolls, coceres they were durable guys but they were never supposed to give him that much trouble I havent written him off because he's young but if he was gonna be a big talent he would of at least dominated them on the scorecards he just scraped by all 3 some people argue he lost but I thought he won all 3 but barely

They fed into that streak for too long. Looking for guys he could get rid of early probably made him popular and kept money in his pockets, but really by the time the streak ended he probably wasn't much better, if at all, than when it started. You can't get any experience doing that, when you finally do meet resistance you don't react well and you saw what he did when he BIT Angulo.

A lot of hype was around all the first round stoppages how do you match him when he's getting everyone out of there like that he needed rounds Lannel Bellows wasn't a bad match up for him he used to be hanging around the mayweather gym all the time never stopped didn't make it past a round either he got rounds with Nicolson bounced him off the canvas then did his first 10 rounds with Corces and got dropped that made everyone raise an eyebrow Rolls and Angulo both solid fights for him but Berlanga was out there trying to bite Angulo getting frustrated making people question him even more

The car is worth less than half what he paid for it if he tries to sell it. The jewelry is worth scrap value, but it will hold it's value better than the car as long as nobody robs him. There are people who get out of this game earning dividends for life with productive employees and educated kids and a lot of good to show for it. A truly successful pro boxer is someone who retires from the game with more to look forward to in life than he had when he was boxing as far as productivity and making a difference in the world. If your boxing career is over and you have nothing left but a trip to the pawn shop, that was a wasted opportunity.
