Great match up! Since you played on a map that’s harder for ranged characters I think the sidekicks became secondary. Perhaps the sidekicks get more action on a different map? Hero on hero seems like it might be the ideal play, but I’m not convinced the sidekicks are ok to ignore.

Annie is super fun and seems really tricky to play. Definitely a huge fan and this sounds like a really cool matchup. Also Luke is pretty cool and feels very thematic which is always great

Oh that's too hard to pick just one haha. A handful of favorites I can think of are Bigfoot vs Muldoon, Yen vs Medusa, Widow vs Winter Soldier, IM vs Dracula, and Alice vs Moon Knight.

I was playing Co-op with Annie. She got taken out a few turns in so I just sent Charlie to the healing bridge and had him heal the other players the whole game, super boring. At the end of the game Mothman had 5 health left and was in range of Charlie. He had 1 card left in his deck and so it had to be the 0/0 Deception card. Charlie steps in with Bottom Dealing and draws a 2 boost value card for 5 exact damage and FINISHED THE GAME. Charlie, what a baller.

Nice even matchup. Annie mains need dictate the game state. I think Annie vs Achilles would be fun due to both their playstyles and hiw they both get strong when they are weakened.

That's an interesting idea with Annie vs Achilles. Though I feel like Annie might have some trouble get through all of Achilles HP. Then again, she starts with her ability already online.
