I've done a bit of arm wrestling a couple of times with some friends of mine in my 2nd year of college and even I know that Mateo cheated. In arm wrestling, neither your arm or your elbow must ever leave the table. It's an illegal move. I've beaten 3 people in arm wrestling both times and I've never ever cheated. I always won fairly.
