Is water colour good or poster colour for colouring the fashion illustration sketchs???

Both gives more or less same effect. Water colors is more effective for sheer to light effect while poster colors are bit thick for full base coverage.

Or it is better to use water colour tubes

As I mentioned in the video as well use either of them based on your choice. It makes no difference at all in the painting. Use water color tubes for large portion of color mixing.
