Why NOT cast the German floor first and install DPM ,then lay blocks??? Why are you buying like this????

@@abokoeguale9783 thanks for your observation, building projects are executed in stages and your thoughts were right but at times circumstances can also make us adjust this plans. Usually before an oversight concrete is done, its important that proper sand filling followed by rammering is achieved to ensure firmness but because the client wanted a speedup on the project we needed to adjust the plan owing to the fact that an adequate plinth has also been installed on the project.

​@NaijaProjectHub What about DPM to curb damping?? Plinth beam does NOT stop water rising to the foundation.. Edo state is a rain forest .. German flooring is very important with Damp proofing....
