THANK YOU for this wonderful tutorial, for the slides on Slide Share, and for the Quiz at Quizlet. I'm a dentistry student, and we have a materials module. Our prof was incoherently rambling about this cooling phase equilibrium diagram for two whole weeks (4 hours of lectures), and his lecture notes are totally incomprehensible. Thanks for this, both my professor and the book neglected to mention that we were finding the chemical composition of the phase and not just the phase fraction, i assumed 100% concentrations as my prof never told me otherwise=)
