Akka, i have 2 doubts. 1. Daily wages reduce pannakoodadhu nu sonninga, but also in some other clause u said payment will be average pay of 3 months nu sonninga. Please clarify. 2. In case of women death, u said benefits will end by the date of woman death, later in some clause it is mentioned as the benefits will be shared to nominee. Clarify pannunga akka pls

Tx for watching. That is for daily wages only. During the maternity period, the employer entitled to pay her full wages. It includes Basic+DA and other allowances also. 2.if a women dies during the maternity period, her nominee or legal heir entitled to receive benefit by the date of death of women.

What i understood,Is it right or not akka?During pregnancy death of woman - benefit upto death of woman During delivery death of woman after giving birth to child - benefit of entire period...what entire period Death of child during delivery - upto death of child benefit Is alone child is death or both child and woman ?
