1. Bonus eligibility is minimum of working 30 days 2. Even if an employee is resigned /relieved/ dead after 30 days of working. He has to be paid bonus 3. Bonus calculated on a monthly basis paid yearly once. 4. Closing of the financial year within an 8 month company has to pay a bonus. (March closing by November -8th month they have to pay bonus 5. Basic + DA is the wage component for wage - 20 % is the maximum bonus eligibility. If the company can pay more than the %
