Sir trust me when i say this okay? I'm a 9th grade student and I'm not bragging when i say I'm good in Math and by that i meant i do read math books, i do maths, from different guides and i do a lots of mcq as well as CQ and most of the time i would get them correct without observing the guide's answer first. But still my highest number in math is 92 , so far in my high school life. And that certainly doesn't mean i only know 92/100 correct answer of the question, i actually do know all the things but the thing is i always get so hyped up during my exam, i dunno what happens but i feel somehow anxious and all the freaking time i would screw up something in the exam and after the exam iy eventually comes to mind that gosh i screwed that up again. So recently, our final exams are done. And i studied literally so freaking hard especially math, and during the exam, the question was pretty easy but the fact is i was so much in pressure during the exam that i literally forgot what the heck log itself was about ( even though my teacher said i was the best at log and stuff) and yeah unfortunately due to my panic attack i couldn't answer 3 CQ questions which is a lot to carry for me BECAUSE if i don't get an A+ that just ends right there for me . Also i couldn't do the time management thing cuz i forgot to take my watch and also because even 2 mark's question was unnecessarily difficult to get through so yeah we needed at least 50 mins right there . ( Not just me but most of the good students i know) So what do i do now? First of all i do study math a lot but i get nervous and anxious unwantedly and 2nd of all i screw up the most sily thing ever. How do i get over this?

Three CQs? 30 marks? I think you should take the help of a professional doctor if you really are having frequent panic attacks, they can recommend you stress relieving medicines.

@Mirwahatun7 Not 30, but yeah close, it's 24 marks, and I got the results, I got 70 , I expected less tbh. And I would have gotten more if I could have written 3 CQs, and I know right, I feel like I should get checked by a doctor as well but my parents don't believe me , they just think I'm stressing out for no reason even though I don't think it's normal. But I dunno how to convince my parents, so I will have to deal with it . Or maybe , just maybe I need more practice to gain more confidence. Confidence can help me deal with this , I believe.

I can give you some tips Try taking deep breathes and calm your mind Drink cold water if available but normal water will do as well Try to think about something you love or someone who's your favourite. Try to gently massage your scalp (I used to get mild panic attacks and i knew telling my parents wouldn't do anything so I used to try these) And if you're A Muslim, Try reciting Surah Fatiha, Ikhlas, Naas, Falak, recite these four and blow into your water bottle three times.

Cuz vaiya apni just onno level er. I would like to enroll if there is any course on G.Math & H.Math Basic to Pro in the last 3 months, where you will start from the very root of the math and give us the real taste of it and cancel out the fear in math. Cuz I don't want to do the math only for getting A+ in SSC 2025. Ekhono ami science background e theke H.Math R G.Math er math mukhosto kora chara upay dekhi na. Mainly ami English version er houar jonno valo teacher er shortage feel kortam and korio jini amake math er root level theke bisoyta keno holo oita bujhaite parbe. Tara khali math wise like ei line er por ei line keno holo, without the concept bole jaito only. Just month er por month khali takay neyar intentions thake mostly. Kintu ami emon onek ke dekhesi, even like you, who are dedicated to make us understand by all their means and trying to work on themselves on this particular matter (In online and only for the bangla version students). Now I think, choosing English version was a blunder in my life cuz kono proper teacher nei. Thats it vaiya, Pray for me.
