Everyone seen how Patrick played last year! He gave up you can see that he gave up so I'm glad that he's gone. That's it that's all
@aaronchapman32 күн бұрын
The physical talent is obvious though. If FSU's current group of coaches are capable of motivating Patrick then this is a substantial loss

@@aaronchapman3not sure I agree, he’s undersized for the position. Not strong enough or fast enough and without 1st round picks surrounding him to take the majority of the offenses attention, he showed no flashes. I’d be willing to put money that he won’t make it a year in the NFL.

We need more linemen. Duce would be nice but: A. We don't have good luck with legacies. B. Gus's offense is not really geared towards the receiver position. C. Castellanos is not a great passer of the football. D. We have underclassmen that can be very talented receivers they just have not had a chance to show it. So I think we would all love to have Duce But that money has better uses elsewhere.
@jason152122 күн бұрын
@ I do agree we need more lineman still think we need to land Robinson
@jason152122 күн бұрын
@ you’re not telling me anything I don’t know. Yes Gus loves to run but it’s football the ball will be thrown and thrown quite a bit. Castellanos isn’t great but that doesn’t mean we just don’t try to get better everywhere. Also he’s not nearly as bad at throwing the ball as people on this beat have painted him to be. I don’t think we need to add a bunch receivers but deuce’s size and ability to get open is something we could use and he has great upside. I still think that room is talented. OL and DL are the biggest priorities for sure.
@jason152122 күн бұрын
@ Also man we’ve whiffed (unsurprisingly) on most of our first options at OL and on the Lee Hunter situation. We need positive momentum where we can get it.

Horrible takes. Imagine home with no power, heat, water or food. Kids are performing poorly at school and your berating theme? Looking at stats from a team/season this poorly run/managed is analogous to checking yelp reviews on a homeless shelter or soup kitchen.

@Nole4life19992 күн бұрын
@jamesb0255 i was pretty clear. This entire video is swinging at air when every single position group players and coaches are to blame maybe except kicker. I believe it's fruitless to single out any player to find fault. Losing talent isn't an addition period.

Tommy is a BALLER! The offense is about to get exciting. He’ll make some head scratching mistakes but he’s also going to make a ton of plays.

Corey’s always talking about Malzahan offenses last year against 10 FBS opponents they scored 13 points twice, 14 points and 21 points. He gave up play calling . That offense put up yards but not points if they couldn’t run they couldn’t move the ball effectively. Giving Malzahn to much praise for overall yards. I live in Central Florida and have seen the actual games . that UCF offense was just ok.
@jamesmiller68292 күн бұрын
It was because of their QB KJ Jefferson. #18 ranked offense and top 10 rushing attack
@deeperson77112 күн бұрын
@ who brought in KJ ? Just like Norvel brought in DJ an average passer that he thought he could fix. Now we bring in Castellanos another average passer. I know they had a top rushing attack I said they put up yards and not points. His offense is like miikes if a team stops the run the pass game is average.

@@deeperson7711Malzahn has a long history of offensive success. Stop cherry picking. Every HC and coordinator can be criticized because everyone has weaknesses. Over a long period of time, he has had overall success
@deeperson77112 күн бұрын
@ cherry picking because I used the most recent season 🤣🤣🤣. Norvel had a long history of offensive success as well and we went 2-10 because of his offense.. I’m saying there is no guarantee like Corey is saying that we average 29 points a game next year just cause we got Malzahn. He’s been fired from his last two jobs. Well UCF was going to fire him if he didn’t resign.
@jamesb02552 күн бұрын
@deeperson7711 what proof do you have that UCF was going to fire him? None that's what. When you're going up for a job the management of the company you're trying to get on with does not only look at your last employment experience. That is exactly why you're encouraged to put your entire experience down on the piece of paper. Why don't you quit your bitching and support the team that you supposedly are a fan of? Better yet I would love to see how you would do in the same situation. Have you even ever played football? Coached? I doubt it. The season is over It's time to put that behind us and look towards the future.
