MATH-U-SEE PRE ALGEBRA (7TH GRADE): UPDATE!

We LOVE this curriculum for 7th grade math! I am confident that we will continue using it for my oldest as we get into higher grades! Here is a quick update on how we like it and how we use it. Let me know down below if you use Math-U-See for Pre-Algebra!

Thank you for this video. It was so helpful to see some actual problems grom the student workbook as well as the answer key and the step by step solutions given. I also appreciated hearing how you assign the work to your student. I've been considering this for my daughter, who dies struggle with remembering concepts. I think this could be a good fit!

If you ever find yourself looking for something else for Math, check out Mr D. Math or Derek Owens Math. I looked into both, and they both look great, but we chose Derek Owens and it is fabulous. My son came from a public school background as well.

We actually switched to Shormann Math. 🙂 I have a video on that one as well. It's worked for us this year!

I felt like it was at least a grade level behind and there wasn't a challenge. My oldest would fly through it... not because he's great at Math, but because I felt like it was very elementary. With that being said, alot of people love it!! 🤷‍♀️
