Iam in first year in college (facultyof Science) and that's the first time I understand the derivative concept, I used to ask my teachers in high school about what is the concept of derivatives and the just tell my the rules of it Very grateful for you thanks from Egypt!

Although it is useful to someone who is uninitiated in calculus to explain integrals as the area under a curve, it can actually do things other than that. For instance, in physics, it can predict distance whenever you have acceleration and velocity.

You have exquisite teaching skills. Here you transformed simple ideas to math concepts. You perfectly explained what calculus is all about by giving real-world examples rather than as a series of formulas and rules.

I'm 39, failed miserably in highschool and for some reason today I needed to have a visual explanation about these math concepts. Thank you so much, I finally understand

Swapping rectangular units under a curve for circular units under straight lines was genius
@joriz10302 ай бұрын
but it's not completely a perfect rectangle, there is an infinite unrecognizable slope on the roof of its shape. Due to it came from a slope... its still amazing to see it visually. V-V

m not very sure if integrals are giving rise to differentials, can u pl share the source of the concept, any weblink or book as it's limits that give rise to differentials and then that by chance leads to area calculations called integrals, thanks
