@MFJJ; this might be covered elsewhere but as an EU res why are you allowed to ship Titles but not Lifts? There is only target shooting here so I'm not in need of a Lift but I'm curious.
@MondernManАй бұрын
Hunting bows are what keeps the US manufacturers in business for compound. Almost no shops in the US will stock a target bow so manufacturers started allowing shipping for target bows. For hunting they want to make sure you visit your local shop hence the ban on shipping their hunting bows.
@Fite234Ай бұрын
Most money is made on hunting in the US. Having dealer only products helps keep the pro shops alive. People have to go into dealers to buy. Target is all but an off season byproduct of archery hunting in the US. Unless you're diehard archery, most Americans don't even understand it outside hunting.

Like the Title 35 and Bowtech 34 or 35 this years and PSE Mach 35 Darton 35 and compare there speeds and groups at 60 to 100 see which ones shoot the best. Im hoping you add the full draw brace height to your measurements please and measure groups at 50 yards with all bow reviews to see which bow performs
@joshfredrickson6224Ай бұрын
Well, there isn't a Title 35, the longest hunting bow Mathews offers is 33.
@joshfredrickson6224Ай бұрын
Also, How the heck do you measure brace height at full draw?
@ApexArcheryАй бұрын
@@joshfredrickson6224 You measure from the "load out point", as this is the dynamic brace height at full draw. PSE's "Full Draw Stability System" is specifically marketed to change the dynamic brace height and improve accuracy (as an example). Bow manufacturers can alter the dynamic brace height by tinkering with the limb angle and deflection, combined with the cam design.
@joshfredrickson6224Ай бұрын
@@ApexArchery This is the first I've ever heard of this. Maybe I don't understand, but if you're measuring the brace height at full draw instead of static, then any bow with a more upright limb at rest will have a longer dynamic brace height than when it is at rest. I don't think I'm completely understanding what advantage you get from just measuring the brace height at draw.

Why on earth do they not have shorter (< 24.5") draw length mod options on this bow? I know a couple of female archers and some juniors in my local club with draw lengths in the 23-24" range. Ironically one of them is using a TRX 34 at 23.5" draw. The Title 34 would have been perfect for them otherwise. I don't know why Mathews got caught up in the parallel limb concept on their hunting bows. In my opinion, bows with upright limbs are much more forgiving and typically have a more stable back wall. I think the only benefit is less vibration. With parallel limbs they really dump into the back wall and feel kind of floppy based on their tension, whereas upright limbs hold much better on target and have a much more stable valley and back wall. Typically less reflex as well.
@joshfredrickson6224Ай бұрын
You should rethink your statement. They have very little dump in the back wall, all of the weight is in the front of the draw cycle. I own one.
@joshfredrickson6224Ай бұрын
Also, with a 33.5" riser on my 33"ATA bow it holds super well, also it is lighter than most aluminums at that length so I can put the weight where I want.

@@joshfredrickson6224 How have they been disputed? Every single target bow is exactly how I described. You think that's for looks? I'm not going to argue with someone on youtube based on their opinions when they likely don't even work on their own bow. All the weight in the front of the draw cycle causes exactly what I explained. A large dump into the back wall that's super jumpy. It's how mathews have been since the switchweight cams. The same reason when you come to full draw the bow twiches left and right. You are not educated or experienced enough for your opinion to matter, because if you were, you would be at my conclusion. Keep fighting, though.

Bro I just watched your video on TV I love you to death but you sound crazy on some of this stuff everybody should care about draw length if a boat is a half an inch past spec that's a problem I'm thankful that their new 34 tilt is dead on that is amazing first time ever in Mathews is really starting to not just slap the same cam limbs on a little bit different of a riser they have switched it up I completely agree but the fact of the matter is if I'm standing shooting my bow and I don't like the way it feels with a BowTech I can move the draw stop just a little bit and get more let off I can move it forward back I can adjust the drawings quarter inch half inch at a time you know there's so much to the way of both feels and what sucks is Matthew's only does modules that's my biggest complaint ever and I know that people say it's about efficiency okay I would rather lose a little bit of efficiency and gain the feel that I want to feel when I pull that bow when I'm sitting in the valley when I'm at the back wall everything maybe this new 34 tilt is like going to be lights out but they lose a lot of people I believe when it comes to draw length and the non-adjusted ability and not just that I feel like a lot of Matthews is a lot of Fanboy stuff anymore they bought out pretty much the 3D realm and yeah they got good bows but they pay the most you know what I mean let's just be real that's the reason why they got Levi and Danny otherwise don't you think they would go somewhere else 100% if there was more money you know and you got to really think about that a lot of people are turning into straight Fanboys because they make so much money off these Mathews Bows and like pushing them so hard that they're not realizing there's other bows out there that go past Matthews
