Ive heard that the lift 29.5 shoots and holds a lot better than it should. Congratulations on your new bow and welcome to matthews. The Lord allowed me to go pick up a lift about a month ago. I've always wanted to own a matthews since I was a kid and seen others shooting the solo cam. I didnt even shoot the lift until it had been set up and tuned. I'm glad I did, by far the best bow I've shot, silent, post shot is incredible, light, very comfortable draw and a whole lot faster than my solution ss at 60 lbs @ 26 in draw.

And thanks for being brave and coming over to the most sold , popular and hated on bow manufacturers out there. You will love that bow and I’am excited for you. Good luck out there ✌🏻

My first bow was a Mathews, but definitely jumping back on the bandwagon.

I've had my lift for a month now and love it. its the best bow I've ever shot to. the longer riser is one of the advantages I liked as well. my bow I had was 32 ata but the Mathews riser is 3" longer it is a very stable bow .

Totally agree, rock solid at full draw. They definitely did well with this one.

Did you go with the 29.5 or 33?
@CreationOutdoors9 ай бұрын
29.5 for me.

The mod system keeping the bow at its maximum efficiency at said draw length is what was the selling point for me.
@CreationOutdoors9 ай бұрын
Agreed, definitely a factor.

People bitch about it all the time but it’s literally the best system
@CreationOutdoors8 ай бұрын
Especially with many of the other manufacturers moving away from it.

Do you think the 8-inch stabilizer is enough? I want to get one, but I'm torn between which size to get.
@CreationOutdoors9 ай бұрын
For me it is. I’ve never been one for long stabilizers, though. The nice thing about the Bridge Lock stabilizers, though, is they have multiple positions where the set screw can hold. So, you could always get the 10 or 12 and just not have it out all the way.

Hey Cody, I purchased a Lift 29.5, I saved for over a year to get a flagship bow. I was able to save enough for some other items like a bow press (ez-green), draw board etc. I’ve never pressed a bow before and tried on an older “bear” bow. I’ve never adjusted shims etc. I watched a lot of MFJJ and a few others and was able to press the new lift and switch the shims in minutes. 6-7 minutes, maybe that long. It was super simple for me, and I’d think it would be similar for most. I went went a lift for the speed as I have a shorter draw length. Keep up the good content.

@beammike good to know! Thanks for the comment. That is where I’d like to be myself. Maybe next year!

Bro how do I get my black gold to go in my lift like that without the dovetail attachment?? Yours just slides in ??
@CreationOutdoors8 ай бұрын
Yup, slides perfectly into the riser!
