Excellent video.....The hinge is definitely a good technique to help with or eliminate target panic, I've used it a few times. Another technique that worked very well for me was to put my finger behind the trigger and practice the motion of pulling the trigger (multiple times) when on target and then let down and repeat the process. I'd usually do this 5 to 10 times then shoot a couple arrows and then do this sequence again. Usually wouldn't take long ( two or three shooting sessions) and the target panic was gone. Every once in awhile it returned I'd just do a couple practice motions and it be gone again . Now I can get through a season with very few stutters. (read about it on a bowhunting site .....not my idea just passing it on!)...Target panic sucks learning how to minimize its frequency or eliminate it is awesome!!
