Honestly the only time I load up grim dawn is when you guys make a video about a new version of a mod. And after the boot up I play for a couple months. Thank you for highlighting these.

What cool about this mod is that the visual effect as well as the sound effect of the skills/buffs from example Titan Quest or Diablo 2 classes is that it can be seen/heard, just like in the original game(s).

Not a fan of changing the loot drop system. Purely deterministic loot has been missing from most ARPGs, and it's the difference between sitting down to enjoy putting a build together, and sitting down to wonder if you can withstand the crushing boredom and frustration of grinding out random drops. Also, it was "very very easy to get equipped with over powered gear". I'm sorry, I thought this was a game? A single player/Co-op game. Where the entire point is basically enable a custom power trip. What exactly could be construed as bad about "Acquiring gear without first having to schedule /vacation time/" like almost everyone else?

Converting epic tokens to legendary tokens needs to be cheaper now to account for the 50% drop. Theoretically it costs 64 epics to make 1 legendary token on average or 256 epics on average for a single lower level legendary item. That's not even including iron or dynamite in the breakdown. Also picture how long it takes, reminds me of playing mass effect one and how fun that was to sell off all my unused gear.

True, that feels like an oversight. After elite I stopped dismantling epics and instead started selling them, cuz it just wasn't worth the time and dynamite since I was getting legendaries instead

So I'm playing this mod as a frost knight and got an item that will increase my "icy veins" skill, but there's no icy veins listed under frost knight. Does anyone know if this was a renamed skill?

The question is... will zenith classes get specific gear support?

From what I understand the mod authour didn't design the classes around gear support, and doesn't want gear support so mamba (the creator of DoM) is respecting that

Yeah tbh i can accept that..just feel weird especially when 2 zenith classes is combined together. The lack of points to spend is always an issue.

Yeah I see what you mean, it does make me not want to take a zenith class unless I'm pairing it with another, the gear becomes really awkward

Quite the oposite of me, i want to clear hell n lvl 94 in 3days max and fully geared 1week (per class, imagine thats 30 weeks for 30-40 builds??)

Yeah but you'll likely run into some bugs , I played multiplayer with this mod a few times and didn't have any problems but the creator of the mod doesn't recommend it

Yes! Its surprisingly stable from what I've played multiplayer, but im sure thered be bugs since not all classes were designed for it
