People blame Nore but yet watched the entire episode. Only people that are shocked are those that are unfamiliar with Kodak. THIS IS KODAK. Too many people want to be conscious without actions to follow due to the depth of work that is needed to be effective. We don’t want Kodak to end up like Mac, Fredo, Juice World, Dj Screw, X, Pimp C, ODB, Gangsta Boo, Shock, but a person has to want to help themselves in order for the addiction to lead to rehabilitation. Joe spoke facts

Starting at 7:04 Joe gave me the chills Matthew McConaughey gave me in that movie A Time to Kill. When he was giving his closing arguments in describing a picture for everyone, and then hit them with imagine if she was white. That's go back to the media Joe was referring to, but when you lack identity others determine it for you, especially in poor communities. In the 70's it was blaxplotation films you had to be a pimp and hustler to get paid. In the 80's it was crack flooding the communities, you had to be a baller. Socially conscious rappers came on during the Golden era and the record labels replaced them with gangsta music, so now you have to be a killer.

Math wasn't talking about who anyone idolized as an individual. He was talking about the GENERATION people grew up in. So, yes, Joe did grow up in the generation that looked up to the dealers, as did everyone else in that room. We did get a hilarious line out of it ("Where the shit at, nigga" 😆) but the convo was still unnecessarily derailed.
