I know you know this, but while you may be disappointed with the race, it is a massive achievement, and you should be so proud of yourself Mathias. Not only because you just ran in the European champs but because through your journey, you're inspiring so many, like me, to get into sprinting. I'm so grateful for that because I absolutely love this sport and that is thanks to you. The road doesn't end here 🔥

But heck man, I loved your race! That start looked explosive and fast! And your closing 60 was awesome. Heck of a athlete. Definitely a hero to me! Keep working and climbing through the ranks. 💪😤

Great race Mathias! I strongly believe that if you can work to get your 100M split down to 10.3 -That would bring your 200M time down to 20.6 to 20.7. You can do it!! You already have the mechanics, and now you just got the motivation to run even faster. You've definitely proven that you belong on the world stage.

Physically Mathias is a Finalist already Just needs the "white out" mentality where nothing matters, not for 20 absolute selfish seconds, and he, Mathias transcends to being 20.1, 20.2 sprinter.

Mathias been watching your vid’s for sometime: just my view…that 20.6x you ran, was ‘you’ running with intent (free). You had the right biomechanics, for you, on the day. On that day you got a glimpse of what’s possible: that day you ran like a sprint artist. The Euro’s 200m start was brilliant, lightening fast…the biomechanics on the bend were, well mechanical: the sprinting ‘intent’ kicked in at 130m, tenacity kicked in at 175m. Do NLP on the 20.6 vid’ run, Frankie Fredricks used NLP to good effect…and one more view from me, if it helps, time to work on your turnover this Winter - with intent > go AntiFragile, its the only way.
