I'm 60 years old, and track (sprinters) has always been my favorite sport to watch! That being said, this kid Christian Miller has some remarkable speed at such a young age! I've never seen anything like that for someone so young! I pray he stays healthy, motivated, and dedicated to track, cause he's really got something special for the world to see! He'll definitely be a very rich man someday! Stick with it young man, and keep up the good work coach, bravo to you both! 👏

@biggalaxy91029 ай бұрын
It doesn't matter how tall he is. The height myth isn't real. Either you're fast or not. Speed has to do with body mastery & driving forces into the ground mainly. Along with relaxation & form. The fastest any man has ever run was Yohan Blake, who was Usain Bolt's training partner when he ran his 19.26 in the 200m. He, in fact, would have run faster than Usains' world record of 19.19 if he had a better start bc he was, in fact, running faster than Usain has ever run in that particular race. And my point being, Yohan is 5'11" tall. Height has nothing to do with speed. All of Usain's records will be broken & it will be by a shorter man.
@biggalaxy91029 ай бұрын
@michaelkidd7896 Way, really! Height has zero to do with speed as you've been led to believe by people that make assumptions. The fastest man in NFL history was only 5'11" tall. His name was Jim Hines 9.95 & the second fastest man in NFL history is Trendon Holliday 10.00 twice & he was 5'5". The 3rd fastest man in NFL history was Jeff Demps 10.01 at 5'7" & the 4th is Jacoby Ford 10.01 at 5'8". DK Metcalf 10.36 doesn't even put him in the top 40 fastest men in NFL history and he's Usain Bolt's height of 6'4" & Usain was 220 lbs & DK is 230 lbs. Not much of a difference. Height has nothing to do with speed. Speed is speed no matter the height.

Until someone gets under 9.58 in the 100 I think the video shouldn't have fastest man in the world
@biggalaxy91029 ай бұрын
I agree it's very misleading. This young man is extremely fast, but he's only the fastest young man in the world for this week. And that's about it. The world fastest men will run significantly faster than a 9.93 in a week or two. The elite sprinters of the world are just getting started & american HS track athletes have been running a lot sooner & peaking faster. The person who made this video have to sell it so that they can get views which makes them money. Nothing more or less. I wish this child the very best in his future. He's a beast for his age. I just hope he doesn't get burnt out mentally, emotionally & physically before he reaches his fastest potential. God bless him. God speed.

Hi all, this mode of training is more achievable in the month of March before attacking the pre-competition cycle in April, we call this mode of work "variation of pace" the recovery time between races can vary between 6 and 10 min depending on the requested time. In April we change our appearance and base ourselves on 3 volume races depending on the discipline envisaged (if it is a 400 m sprinter, better do a 500 m, 20 min of active rest, a 400 m, 20 min of active rest and a 300 m For a 100 m and 200 m sprinter (a 250 m, 20 min of active rest, a 220 m, 20 min of active rest, and a 200 m. later competition environment we will base ourselves on only 2 races 10 days before the competition with 30 minutes of rest between each race e.g. a 400 m sprinter can do a 300 m at a fast pace, then recover for 2 minutes and do everything. following a fast 100 m, rest 30 min then do a 250 m at a good pace, 2 min recovery then a fast 150 m, which means a wake-up session as the competition approaches for a 100 m sprinter. m and 200m, also only 2 races 10 days before the competition ex: an explosive 120 m then 1 min of recovery then follow with an explosive 100 m then 30 min of rest then second race an explosive 100 m on a turn then 50 seconds of recovery and follow up with an explosive 80m. sessions already tested and which have produced convincing results. Thank you for your attention, Coach Rédouane
