I have a question, I cant move the sliders for a new function without moving all the other parts of my graphs, its annoying how do i add sliders that move one graph and not the others despite the common values between them
@liuveily31219 ай бұрын
exactly, please lmk if you found out how to add a new one
@vampi-n7n9 ай бұрын
@@liuveily3121 Yes i found out, So you don’t really need the sliders at all! in the functions you use, You have a b value, and an h value, and in these values you can put numbers, for example if u want to move the graph vertically (upwards/downwards) you change the h value number and it will move up to the number u want on the y axis, if u want it to move below zero on the y axis u simply put a minus sign infront of the number u want. Same goes for the b value which will horizontally move the graph. If u have more questions feel free to ask i have worked on this for a while for a maths assignment 😭

manually type in the variables if you wont be changing them. put the actual number values in, or if you may need to change them its possible to use other letter variables on the keyboard.

when you finish an equation, remove the sliders too the sliders for a,b,r, etc are global, so they apply for all equations with those variables, so remove them first

hi Farah, you can do that with multiple restrictions. For example, please check the graph I shared below. I used y=2x, if there are multiple restrictions effecting one function, you need to write restrictions just like that: www.desmos.com/calculator/mogkikgb4m

Hi, I love your videos but still didn't understand one thing. How can you color a part of a drawing comprehending 3 or more curves. For example coloring the ears of pikachu could help me a lot Thanks!
@MathMathX3 жыл бұрын
For coloring basic things not this Pikachu you can use inequalities technique. here I explained in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nKmxpmCoeMhjhNU However, if you have something like this pikachu and color areas between multiple curves you need to use max and min. I will record a video about that very soon. You can still use the inequalities technique but if you do that it doesnt look really appealing. you can check this link: www.desmos.com/calculator/9tcvf2exz6
