Here you have taken n1 , n2,n3 ... particles fixed for E1,E2,E3 energy levels but there may be (n1+5) particles in E1 level,(n2-3) particles in E2 level and (n3-2) partcles in E3 energy level that means the number of particles in each energy level can flactuate. so why we are not taking the probability of different number of arrangements of atoms in different energy levels.

yes , I studied all that from thermal physics by ck ghosh, its thermal physics but it goes all the way from basic thermodynamics to statistical mechanics.Its an indian author so mistakes are there but I found it very helpful.
