But the light is not falling perpendicular tp the air film instead it is falling obliquely to air film and it is perpendicular to the plane side of lence so how 'r' is zero

Hi Prashant , when wedge angle is near to zero then upper surface of wedge will be approximately parallel to lower glass plate and lense upper surface & hence if I =0 , r can be considered as 0 .
