I am born and brought up in Mathura....I have been staying here for like 23 years. Trust me I have never heard anything ]like "dubki wale aaloo"...lol. I appreciate the efforts done by the up-loader, but there was nothing authentic in this recipe. Moreover, the aloo sabzi or aaloo jhol he is talking about, is specifically served with kachoris. This aaloo subzy contains a lot more of spices and condiments which were not even shown in the masala used in the video. Iron karhai is a hard and fast rule, if you want the authentic taste of Brij.
