The people who disappeared under Mr. Matiangi were not political activists or people who criticised the government, they were infact hardcore criminals, thugs who were terrorising citizens in the villages, cities and other parts of the country. I am not justifying any actions under his regime but I think it is important to clarify the issues surrounding the allegations.
