Not really, the kickdrum is a sample and there's a snare sample. But besides those two elements... it's human voices!

​@@ArmidaMusic It's been 8 years since I wrote that comment so I'm not sure where I read that information, but I'm fairly certain it's all voice. You could easily apply effects in production to create a deeper bass drum sound and a snare drum sound isn't all that hard to replicate even without editing. You could be right though, and it does sound like real drum samples, but his website says "his voice is the source of the song". A little ambiguous for sure though.
