That was him. In fact, I had never even heard of Matisyahu until I saw the movie. I liked his character so much that I looked him up on IMDB to see what else he's been in. Man was I surprised to find out that not only was that his first movie role but that he was a musician too. He is awesome!

***** well i suppose that calls for elaboration on my part. The guitar work wasn't impressive either even in the slightest. I mean it wasn't wrong or anything but it was just very plain. The only saving grace for the piece was the beat boxing which wasn't exactly stand-out or exceptional in any way either. You're right, Caleb has a great voice, that's probably why if I were this particular gentleman I wouldn't have touched it. Not to be offensive but in my opinion one weak element in a piece with only two musicians performing ABSOLUTELY makes the song not good. In something with a full band, things may go unnoticed, but if you're doing an acoustic performance like this and bringing the focus on just two musicians, they had better both bring their fuckin' "A game". That just wasn't the case here in my opinion.

Tucker Greene actually caleb has a terrible voice. cant make a shitty song into a good one. ive listened to a live performance of this song by kings of leons. its trash. and not even that, he is not a good singer, hence why he had that whole ordeal when his voice burned out, cuz he didn't use proper technique. i dont disagree with you on your opinion of this cover, but the song itself is shit too. lol

Andres Gomez I beg to differ, I saw him live last summer and he was absolutely amazing. Kings of Leon are great on stage, I was surprised at how close he sang to album quality. If you've listened to a performance on the internet, that's just not fair to say. I've seen him within 500 feet and they sound fucking awesome.

This is a true gem because yes, he does mess up. It shows that even musical artists are human and make mistakes. You can tell that he is more in his element when he's beatboxing or improvising. If you watch the end, he is soft-spoken and seems very humble and down to earth kind. That being said, can we please stop all the hate on the comments?
