It really isn't hard to feel your connection to God in this world all you have to do is find something that resonates in your soul whether it be a person, music or literature. We owe much to God and it is proper to praise him. I do believe in the great mystery though: I really don't know who is responsible but I still feel my tether to this earth as strong as the roots of a tree!

Never thought I’d still have the need to listen to this once in a while eight years later. This was truly the peak of humanity, this one concert, eight years ago. I feel sad knowing this event took place, feels like nothing like it will ever again. Out of this world...
@irisheyesofbelfast3 жыл бұрын
"The 'need' to listen to this once in a while......." I guess I don't get what you are saying. Why would you no longer listen if it's something you enjoy?? I ALWAYS have a need for good music, ALL good music....... And ALL of the music I love, I will listen to until my dying day!
@know_thy_enemy Жыл бұрын
I’ve seen him live 5-6 times and he always delivers an incredible show. One thing I love is he’ll play “indestructible” or “Lord raise me up”, and they’ll always be mashed up and played a little differently each time you see him live. He does it with Jerusalem too. I implore everyone to see him live…
@thezim6912 жыл бұрын
I'll never understand why people complain about any the musical change/evolution of any artist or band. If you like the old stuff, then listen to that. Some people might like the new stuff, and they can listen to that. Some people might like all of it and appreciate different phases of the artist's career, and they can listen to all of it. Problem solved. Don't expect someone to not change for you.

Matisyahu, He is a very unique, complex guy..because, even though he has not just physically changed his image without fear of being judged by his fellow orthodox Jews. .but I am assuming that he felt people would embrace him.. His music and open their hearts to what his music strived for.. To inspire peace love and joy in hearts that were fertile ground.

Everything changes. Everyone changes. Sometimes we change for the better. He needs to do what he needs to do. Just remember, like all legends. People will eventually die, but it's what they leave behind that made them so great. He had wonderful hits in the beginning. Lets just leave it like that and enjoy the music he gave us. Imagine if Bob Marley was still alive. Maybe Marley would have changed too and became more pop and his legendary status would have fizzled out. So just live with it.
