These two judges must be issued contempt of court for inciting ECP & govt not to accept the SCP order. These two judges have not commented or had minimum comments during the proceedings. Also the assets of these judges must be checked .

Some judges in the apex court are actively involved in internal as well as external politics of the dirtiest kind. This is one of the darkest times in our judicial history. Everyone knows that Chaxi is the epicentre of this mayhem. He should have the moral courage to come up with his own note of dissent instead of endorsing the opinion of justice Mandokhail.

The question of MJ is absolutely logical that both judges have not disclosed their verdict with regard to extra seats that how these parties entitled to take these additional seats' on what basis. Or law whatsoever in nature may be other.

Tachnical advantages cannot by pass the existing rights whether these are apparant or hidden. This is responsibility of the court to look the correct owner of the disputed issue by exercising his powers under section 151 CPC and Article 187 of the constitution.
