Daal Moong 250gms
Daal Chana 1/2cup
Daal Masoor 1/2cup
Oil/Ghee 1cup
Onion 1 large
Tomato 1 large
Water 2.5ltrs or 9cups
Salt 1.5tbs
Red Chilli powder 2tbs
Turmeric Powder 1tsp
Giger Garlic Paste 1.5tbs
Rice:
Soaked Rice 1kg
Oil 1/2cup
Whole Spices 1tbs
Water 1.5ltrs
Salt 1tbs
