There is no need of malai and milk powder I made it with full cream milk by reducing it half and it comes out perfect kulfi

Arthi vijayakumar it would be ok to use brown sugar.. I switch between white and brown sugar on daily basis and things turn out same.. not much difference.. only that my brown sugar seems more grainy and sweet than white so i use a tablespoon less in quantity than white sugar
