Jaxson, that’s how it was for me in 1971. Back in those days no one played Euphonium. The baritone (3-valve) horn was too much and everywhere. I began playing Euphonium as soon as I could talk my dad into buying me YEP-321, four valve, non-compensating Euphonium. My horn has been the Besson Sterling, burnished and frosted on the external bell and other valve tubes. It’s a beautiful instrument. You’ll have to play for me Jax, I’m not doing so, currently.

As always I loved this. You are so smooth and calming when you play. I will be listening to this a long time after Christmas is over. I’m so curious, so I ended up buying myself my every own euphonium and I was wanted to upgrade my mouthpiece, what kind of mouthpiece would you recommend I use cause I currently have just a 12C?

@@marioluigifans126 Any DW 4 or Schilke 51 would be quite standard, time tested, affordable mouthpieces. DW a bit better for solo playing while Schilke I would recommend for cleaner, ensemble based playing. Hope this helps :)
