Are you using thread or polyester cord for these bracelets?

0.5mm waxed polyester cord, but I think, you can also use the yarn / thread.

@@macrameschool I do enjoy your work though 😍😄 Do you ever use hemp? A lot of your tutorials have you melting the working threads, and you can't do that with hemp, which is what I mainly use. 😊

Miranda Jones is like to take a moment to reply to your comment. I know where you are coming from as I used to work with hemp for 20 years. I decided to try working with waxed cord. I fell in love with it immediately. It made cleaner work and knots. I could burn the edges behind the piece. Not to mention the pieces don’t fray, breakdown overtime, fade or lose its shape. I never found it could get those things with hemp. I know a lot of macrame artists that use hemp are decorated to it because of its “natural” feel and customers like that versus nylon/polyester.... that’s all good.
