I'm pretty sure you haven't heard some other covers of songs with Shizuo supposedly singing, because this was likely found on Nico Nico Douga where people are covering the songs as Shizuo and Izaya. These are not the real seiyuus singing, if you want to hear the real seiyuus singing, I highly suggest you look for their character songs on YT.
