@@VenomEmperor The primary reason why people ship them hard is because Kayanon's the only female co-worker TsuguTsugu feels comfy to be around with. Out of all the female seiyuus he's ever worked with, Kayanon has done most works with him and afaik, she's the only one with whom he's hosted a radio show with (No Radio No Life). Not to mention, that radio show lasted far longer than the usual for the length of its base anime lol

When Matsuoka said that there were some periods where they didn't meet for about 6 months due to their schedules not overlapping, Kayano agreed and said those were they times when they couldn't meet because they work schedules were different. There was a hint of disappointment because she used "couldn't" instead of "didn't". (I think the subtitles used "won't" for both of them.)

The ending part where Yoshida-san said he felt Matsuoka was a bit rude to Kayano, I wonder if he was referring to Matsuoka using casual speech (tameguchi) with her instead of polite speech (keigo). If that were the case, wasn't there a time in NGNL radio where Kayano wanted to fine Matsuoka for using polite speech with her after all the time it took for her to break down the wall between them? Looks like Yoshida-san didn't understand the chemistry they have together. Edit: My bad. I forget the part where Matsuoka said that "hentai" from Konosuba, which is what Yoshida meant probably.
